Alex Jafari brings over 25 years of professional experience in project management, project controls, scheduling and infrastructure delivery. His career includes leadership and technical support roles on major multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and transit projects, from early planning to close-out.
His specialties include Primavera P6 master scheduling, integrated project controls, constructability planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination among design, procurement and construction teams. His approach combines technical analysis with collaborative leadership to support clear reporting, practical decisions and effective multidisciplinary delivery.
